How this site handles your information

Who we are

This site belongs to Hawaii Softball Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 26-3832720) that runs the Mauliola Sports Complex at Sand Island. Growth Hawaii LLC builds and operates the site for us. Questions: aloha@hawaiisf.org or 808-227-8130.

What we collect, and why

• When you send a form (contact, field request, volunteer, the Dugout, scholarships, newsletter): the details you type — usually your name, email, phone and message. We use them to answer you, handle your request, and, if you asked, send you news.
• The Dugout: only what you choose to share is shown on the roster, and only after HSF approves it. Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown. A player under 18 is listed only when a parent sends the entry and agrees.
• The field calendar shows which teams and groups use the fields. It does not show anyone’s personal contact details.

Where it goes

• GoHighLevel — our contact and email system. Form entries are stored there for HSF.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam check on our forms. It looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
• Vercel — hosts this site and keeps standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security.
• OpenStreetMap — the map on the Mauliola page loads from OpenStreetMap’s servers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics today. If we add analytics, this page will say so first and list exactly what is measured.

Text messages

We send texts only to people who sign up for them. See our SMS terms. We never share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else.

Gifts

Online giving is not open yet. When it opens, payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. This page will be updated before giving opens.

Children

This site is for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Photos of minors follow our photo policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop emailing or texting you. Write to aloha@hawaiisf.org. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
